全自動樣品研磨儀---超高通量研磨水稻

雨足稻畦春水滿，插秧未半青短短。小滿一過，便是插秧忙。春播秋收，碧波蕩漾。
水稻是稻屬谷類作物，是中國居民的主食，早在七千年前中國長江流域的先民們就曾種植水稻。目前國內的水稻種植面積常規稻是2.45億畝，而雜交稻的種植面積是2億畝。而雜交水稻是不是轉基因，轉基因能不能吃呢？
袁隆平曾說“科學家不能完全預知對生物進行轉基因改造有可能導致何種突變，而對環境和人造成危害。雖然實驗室里非常成熟，但其對人類可能造成的影響，或許要在未來幾代人后才會顯現。”正是因為擔心潛在的危險性，各國對轉基因食品相當慎重。
袁隆平農業高科技股份有限公司生物技術中心在這塊也是相當重視，在研究轉基因食物這塊也投入相當大的精力。在研磨水稻葉片檢測是否轉基因這塊就用了上海凈信超高通量組織研磨儀（JXFSTPRP-576）。
實驗地點：隆平高科
實驗材料和器具：
樣品：水稻葉片
儀器：超高通量組織研磨儀（上海凈信JXFSTPRP-576）
配件：96深孔板、鋼珠
主要用途：用于生物樣品的樣品前處理，真正實現大批量自動化的快速抽提基因組。
應用領域：組織均質、研磨、細胞破碎、勻漿，材料分散，制備，樣品混勻，振蕩。
顯示方式：液晶顯示屏
處理樣本量：6塊96孔2ml的大板,48個5ml研磨管，48個（7-15）ML研磨管，9個50ML的研磨管，6個100ML研磨管，2個300ML研磨管，1個500ML研磨管，并且可以任意定做各種規格研磨管。
實驗步驟：
1、將新鮮的水稻葉片放入烘箱內烘干若干小時；
2、將一小片葉片加入到96深孔板內；
3.、加入鋼珠；
4、設定運行參數；
5、啟動儀器至研磨程序結束，可得到如圖所示樣品。
