實驗材料和器具

樣品：菠蘿

儀器：TISSUELYSER-192L多樣品研磨機（上海凈信）

配件：離心管研磨珠（上海凈信）

研磨條件：冷凍干磨

實驗步驟：

1.將適配器放入液氮中預(yù)冷備用。

2.將菠蘿裁切好，放入離心管，再放入鋼珠。

3.將裝好樣品的離心管放在冷凍好的適配器中。

4.蓋上蓋板，固定好旋鈕。

5.設(shè)定參數(shù)，啟動儀器至研磨程序結(jié)束。
