民以糧食為天,食以安全為先。現(xiàn)如今食品行業(yè)的發(fā)展正如火如荼,同時(shí)“地溝油”、“毒奶粉”等食品安全事件,也讓眾多消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品的安全產(chǎn)生了懷疑。而土壤是作物的培養(yǎng)基,對(duì)土壤的研究,是我們科研工作者常做且重要的實(shí)驗(yàn),上海凈信臼式研磨儀,為土壤的檢測(cè)提供了解決方案。

土壤研磨-凈信研磨儀的解決方案
一、前言
對(duì)于土壤樣品的研磨,在《農(nóng)用地土壤樣品采集流轉(zhuǎn)制備和保存技術(shù)規(guī)定》以及《土壤環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(HJ/T 166-2004)都有相關(guān)研磨的流程和質(zhì)量控制要求。
主要針對(duì)的是土壤的樣品研磨效果,研磨后的土壤樣品需要進(jìn)行研磨過篩,其中研磨過程又分為粗磨和細(xì)磨。粗磨為將樣品研磨至過2mm篩,即粒徑<2mm,而細(xì)磨則是將粗磨的樣品進(jìn)行繼續(xù)的研磨,以獲得更小粒徑的樣品。

二、實(shí)驗(yàn)方法
土壤研磨根據(jù)細(xì)度可以分為粗磨和細(xì)磨,一般而言我們將研磨后可以過2mm網(wǎng)篩的稱為土壤粗磨,而將研磨后可以過0.075mm網(wǎng)篩(100目)的稱為土壤細(xì)磨。
1.粗磨:土壤的粗磨是可以通過手動(dòng)研磨的來完成的,對(duì)于粗磨,是指把樣品研磨成小于兩毫米的精細(xì)度。對(duì)于粗磨,其研磨成品的精細(xì)度及均勻度都不高。
2;細(xì)磨:若大批量的土壤樣品研磨或者研磨含有沙子的土壤樣品則采用土壤細(xì)磨較好,細(xì)磨則需借助機(jī)器研磨了;傳統(tǒng)的土壤研磨儀,其對(duì)土壤的研究的方法研磨耗時(shí)耗力,效率低下,可使用凈信JXJS-200A臼式研磨儀,將大大節(jié)省了科研工作者消耗的時(shí)間,提供極高的研磨效率和質(zhì)量!

三、實(shí)驗(yàn)原理
樣品在進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入研缽,在旋轉(zhuǎn)的研缽與杵頭之間不斷的進(jìn)行擠壓,摩擦,根據(jù)不同的樣品調(diào)節(jié)研杵的位置、壓力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了樣品的均質(zhì)化、混合化。
凈信臼式研磨儀適合干磨、濕磨和冷凍研磨,對(duì)于粗糙的樣品可選擇預(yù)處理,研缽和杵頭的位置無需工具即可調(diào)節(jié)移動(dòng),最終可將土壤樣品研磨至膠狀細(xì)度,快速又高效。如果對(duì)取樣量有所要求,我們可在研磨過程中能夠通過進(jìn)料窗增加樣品量;
另外,由于土質(zhì)和潮濕度的原因,土壤也有許多類型,如風(fēng)干土壤、新鮮土壤等,我們可以選用不同的研磨工具研缽和臼杵材質(zhì)具來進(jìn)行研磨。
四、實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟
步驟一:打開臼式研磨儀,選擇好研磨材料為瑪瑙
步驟二:加入樣品;
步驟三:按照要求設(shè)置好轉(zhuǎn)速和時(shí)間即可
步驟四:取出樣品,做后續(xù)實(shí)驗(yàn)
